Definitions

Use of Heavenya Services
Eligibility for use of Heavenya Services is contingent upon meeting the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The Services are intended for users 18 and older only
- You use the Services according to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws
- You provide complete and accurate registration information
- You agree to these Terms (EULA) before using the Services and acknowledge that Heavenya has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
- You agree that Heavenya may revoke access if you violate these terms
Community Guidelines
Heavenya has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In connection with your use of our Services, you must act responsibly and exercise good judgment. You will not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe the rights of any person or entity
- Interfere with or damage our Services
- Use automated scripts to collect information
- Post inappropriate, harmful, or false content
- Engage in behavior that could be considered cult-like or manipulative
Fellowship Groups & Communication
- Fellowship groups are user-created communities for Christian fellowship
- Real-time chat and voice calls are available for group members
- Group creators are responsible for managing their groups appropriately
- Users may join public groups or request to join private groups
- Group content must align with Christian values and community guidelines
Fellowship Events Expectations
Fellowship events are gatherings organized through Heavenya for Christian community building, worship, study, and mutual support. All events must uphold Christian values and promote healthy spiritual relationships.
Event Organizer Expectations:
- Clearly communicate event purpose, schedule, and format
- Provide accurate event descriptions and requirements
- Maintain respectful and inclusive environments
- Facilitate constructive discussions and activities
- Ensure events align with biblical principles
- Respect participants' boundaries and consent
- Handle conflicts or concerns appropriately
- Follow through on event commitments
Participant Expectations:
- Engage respectfully with all attendees
- Honor event schedules and commitments
- Contribute positively to group discussions
- Respect diverse perspectives within Christian faith
- Maintain confidentiality when appropriate
- Notify organizers of any concerns or accommodations needed
- Participate in good faith and with genuine intent
Event Guidelines:
- Events should foster spiritual growth and community
- Content must remain appropriate for all age groups unless specified otherwise
- Commercial or promotional activities are not permitted
- Political discussions should remain secondary to spiritual focus
- Events may include prayer, worship, Bible study, service projects, or social activities
- Virtual events must maintain the same standards as in-person gatherings
Publicly Promoted Event Types:
Heavenya actively promotes events that strengthen Christian community and faith. Publicly promoted events include:
- Concerts: Christian music performances featuring worship leaders, bands, and artists
- Conferences: Multi-day gatherings focused on spiritual growth, leadership development, and biblical teaching
- Festivals: Celebratory events combining worship, fellowship, food, and family-friendly activities
- Seminars: Educational sessions on biblical topics, theology, ministry, and Christian living
- Community Events: Local gatherings for prayer meetings, Bible studies, service projects, and social fellowship
All publicly promoted events must:
- Demonstrate clear Christian purpose and values
- Maintain appropriate content standards
- Provide transparent information about costs, requirements, and expectations
- Include qualified leadership and facilitation
- Promote inclusivity and healthy community dynamics
If an event does not meet these expectations or raises concerns, participants should:
- Contact the event organizer directly first
- Report issues through the app's reporting system
- Consider finding alternative fellowship opportunities
- Contact Heavenya support if concerns persist
Support Wall
- Individuals may post prayer requests and needs
- Resource sharing should be helpful and appropriate
- All content must be respectful and faith-based
- Users are encouraged to support one another in prayer
Daily Bible Verses
- Bible verses are provided for spiritual nourishment
- Content is sourced from reliable Christian resources
- Users may engage with daily verses for personal growth
Intellectual Property
All code, text, software, scripts, graphics, files, photos, images, logos, and materials contained on this Website, or within the Services, are the sole property of Heavenya.

- Content Removal: Content that violates our Terms of Use is removed immediately upon review
Removing Posts from Your Feed
- Users can remove or hide posts from their feed at any time through in-app controls (e.g., post menu or feed options)
- Removing or hiding a post takes effect immediately and removes that post from your feed
Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report:
- Events: Report events that violate community guidelines through the event details screen
- User Behavior: Report abusive users through profile pages and direct messaging
- Group Content: Report inappropriate content in fellowship groups
- Prayer Requests: Report inappropriate prayer wall posts
Response to Reports
- Objectionable Content: For reported objectionable content, Heavenya aims to remove the content and suspend or terminate the account of the user who posted it within 24 hours of the report
- Timely Response: We aim to respond to all other reports within 24 hours
- Action Taken: Appropriate action is taken based on the severity of the violation, including:
- Content removal
- User warnings
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- User Notification: Users are notified of actions taken on their reports when appropriate
Blocking Abusive Users
- User Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent further contact
- Automatic Hiding: Blocked users' content is automatically hidden from your view
- Group Management: Group creators can remove members who violate group guidelines
- Promoter Blocking: Users can hide all events from specific promoters
Content Moderation for Events
- Report Threshold: Events receiving 3 or more unique reports are automatically hidden from public view pending review
- Review Process: Hidden events are reviewed by our moderation team
- Appeal Process: Event creators can contact support to appeal moderation decisions

Service Availability

Cult Prevention
Heavenya promotes healthy Christian fellowship. If you encounter a group with concerning practices (enforced attendance, shaming for questioning authority, vested authority in one person), we recommend:
- Taking the cult awareness quiz at cult-escape.com/cult-test
- Reporting concerning behavior through the app
- Finding a different fellowship group
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Inappropriate behavior
- False information
- Harmful content
- Objectionable content: we aim to remove reported objectionable content and suspend or terminate the account of the user who posted it within 24 hours of the report
- We aim to complete content removal and account suspension within 24 hours of violation detection
